It is so helpful to be reminded that I&#8217;m not alone in my struggles because it&#8217;s easy to lose sight of that when you&#8217;re &#8220;in it.&#8221;  I think you&#8217;re right that focusing on the long game, especially in the early years, is key when we&#8217;re trying to figure this parenting thing out.  That, and taking pleasure in baby laughs, of course.</p>
